Missing Lhaso Apso -  Harvey

Harvey went missing from the back garden at 9pm 3/1/12. From West Albert road Aigburth Liverpool Merseyside Postcode L17. He is slightly bigger than a cat and has blond golden fur and a grey black beard. He was wearing two collars a red one with black clips and an all black rubber flea collar. Harvey is very friendly and has been part his owner family his whole life. He is very missed and is a loyal dog please help.
